Pet Policies

IPMG welcomes pets at most of our properties. Some property owners do not allow pets or may restrict the type, size or number of pets allowed. Please check the listing or email IndianaPMG@gmail.com for information specific to your property of interest. Pet owners will need to go to https://IndianaPMG.petscreening.comto complete information about their pet(s). The pet application fee is $20 for the first pet and $15 for every additional pet.

There is no charge ($0) for submitting a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal. It will be reviewed by a legal review team per the FHAct guidelines. Please be aware of your state’s statutes or local ordinances, if any, for criminal offenses and/or penalties for committing assistance animal fraud.

Please note that the following dog breeds, or mixed-breeds containing one or more of the following breeds, are not allowed due to insurance and liability issues:
