This program is designed to save you time, headache and, hopefully, money.
For a flat monthly fee of $29, you will receive the following benefits*:
Free Credit Reporting of Rent Payments
IPMG participates in credit bureau reporting through Experian RentBureau. Credit plays an important role in your life — affecting the purchases you make and much more. A credit history is vital in today’s economy and enables you to obtain valuable credit services such as credit cards, mortgages and auto loans. We believe that Tenants should get credit for responsibly managing their rental payments.
Access to Tenant Portal
You will have access to an online portal where you can view your Lease, pay your rent, and message our office.
Free Online Recurring Payments
With this feature, you can set up FREE recurring payments to automatically deduct your rent payment and other charges from your preferred bank account, on the day of the month that you choose.
One-Time Waiver of Insufficient Funds Fee (NSF)
Life can get hectic sometimes and a small oversight financially can cause big problems. We understand things happen so we will waive one NSF for the entire tenancy not including move-in funds. This is up to $30.00 in value.
Home Buying Assistance
If you decide to purchase a home after renting with us, we will assist you in search and negotiation of terms on your new home with professional Buyers Agent representation. We know Central Indiana very well and have helped people buy and sell thousands of homes. We will also be able to make your transition from renting to owning as seamless as possible.
Online Maintenance System
Scheduling and resolving maintenance issues has never been easier! Our maintenance system allows you to submit a work order, choose the times that work best for you, and directly message with the assigned contractor and your Property Manager all in one place.
